TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Official Ticket Shop dedicated to the sale of tickets for events organized by Magic S.r.l.  

Accessing and using this site are subject to the following Terms and Conditions, as well as applicable laws and regulations. By accessing, browsing, and using our site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following Terms and Conditions without limitations or reservations and to be bound by them, including any future changes we may make.  

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the site.

In detail:

1. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Magic S.r.l. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be functional from the moment they are published on the site. We encourage you to regularly review the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

2. USE OF THE SITE

2.1 Content: All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, videos, and other materials, is owned by Magic S.r.l. and/or our partners and/or licensees and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.  

2.2 License to Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the site only for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2.3 Restrictions: You may not modify, distribute, transmit, publish, sell, create derivative works from, or use any content from the site for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

 

3. TICKETS

Through the site, you can purchase tickets for the MASTERS OF DIRT – ITALIA (the Event), which will take place at the UNIPOL FORUM in ASSAGO – MILAN on April 12, 2025.  

To complete the purchase, you must register your details as a buyer.  

3.1 Prices: Ticket prices are indicated in Euros and, unless otherwise stated, include all applicable taxes at the end of the transaction. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.  

3.2 Availability: Tickets are subject to availability. We guarantee that all tickets are available at the time of order.  

3.3 Order Confirmation: Once the purchase is complete, the process concludes with a confirmation email (sent to the address provided during registration) containing the details of your order. This email constitutes the acceptance of your order and a binding contract between you and us. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. 3.4 Electronic Tickets: Tickets are electronic (.pdf format) and must be downloaded from your account and saved on your device or printed. If printed, we recommend not resizing the ticket to avoid making the barcode unreadable.  

3.5 Duplication/Counterfeiting: MAGIC S.r.l. is not responsible for any attempts at ticket duplication/counterfeiting. The scanners at the entrance read the unique codes of the tickets; re-entry using the same code is not possible.  

3.6 Loss/Theft/Destruction: In case of loss, theft, destruction, or damage to the ticket, MAGIC S.r.l. will not replace or reissue the ticket under any circumstances.  

3.7 Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal is not applicable, as this is a provision of leisure services for which the provider undertakes to provide such services on a specific date or during a predetermined period (Art. 59 Legislative Decree 206/2005).  

3.8 Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable and/or non-changeable under any circumstances.  

3.9 Security: Magic S.r.l., the Event organizer, reserves the right to cancel a purchase order if, for any reason, the purchase, sales, and banking security parameters are not met. This operation will be notified via email, and the amount paid for the purchase will be fully refunded. The ticket for which the purchase, payment, or access itself has been disputed is considered invalid. In this case, the Ticket Holder must purchase a new one, at the prices and conditions applied for the Event, to gain access.

 

4. GENERAL RULES  

4.1 The ticket holder waives any right to claim damages resulting from accidents or damages of any kind attributable to their presence during the Event.  

4.2 This access is solely for the specified Event, on the date and at the times indicated on the ticket. The ticket holder is required to keep the ticket in good condition throughout the Event.  

4.3 The resale of these tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets may not be resold, canceled, or exchanged.  

4.4 Anyone attending the Event and at any access point of the site where the Event is held declares to have read all the Terms and Conditions related to the purchase, without any exclusion.  

4.5 In the event of cancellation, even partial, of the Event, the purchased tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

 

5. ACCESS  

MAGIC S.r.l. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to guests deemed inappropriate, including in relation to evaluations by the Public Security Authority.

 

6. EVACUATION

At the end of the event, guests are requested to orderly proceed towards the designated emergency exits. No admission or re-admission is allowed before or after the event ends. 

In the interest of public safety, MAGIC S.r.l. reserves the right to request guests to leave the venue, or parts of it, at any time.

 

7. PERSONAL DATA

7.2 Audio and Video Recordings: Please note that during the Event, video recordings and photographs will be taken for promotional and/or communication and/or reporting purposes (websites, mass media, social networks, etc.). MAGIC S.r.l. and other entities may take photographs and/or record videos in public areas. The Ticket Holder may not make audio and video recordings during the Event, except for exclusive personal and non-commercial use.

 

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree to browse and/or use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of third parties or limit or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by others. By way of example, and not limitation, you agree not to:  

  • Post defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal content.  
  • Use the site for fraudulent or misleading purposes.  
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the site.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site or its content, including but not limited to any economic loss, data damage, service interruption, or damage to the computer system.

 

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our site may contain links to third-party websites that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content of such linked sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked site by us.

 

11. INDEMNITY 

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from:  

  • Your access to and use of the site.  
  • Your violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.  
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to any copyright, property, or privacy rights.

 

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION  

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.

 

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion will be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
